Acceptance of terms

By accessing nometa.az you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Use of the site

The content on this site is provided for general information about the SAMURAI platform. You may browse the site, link to it, and quote it with attribution for personal or internal business purposes. Automated access for indexing (search engines and AI crawlers reading our published llms.txt) is welcome.

Intellectual property

The SAMURAI name, logo, and all original content on this site belong to the SAMURAI team. Cisco, Palo Alto Networks, Fortinet, Juniper, VMware, and other vendor names are trademarks of their respective owners. They appear here only to identify the systems SAMURAI works with; no affiliation or endorsement is implied.

Product licensing

These terms cover the website only. The SAMURAI software is licensed under its own agreement: a free test license for evaluation and per-deployment licensing for production, as described on the Docs page.

Acceptable use

When using the site and its forms, you agree not to:

  • Attempt to disrupt, overload, or attack the site or its infrastructure.
  • Submit false, misleading, or abusive content through the contact or newsletter forms.
  • Use the forms to send spam or unsolicited commercial messages.

Disclaimers and liability

The site and its content are provided as is, without warranties of any kind. Product capabilities described here reflect the platform at the time of writing and may change between releases. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from your use of this website.

Nothing on this site constitutes a binding offer. Product evaluations and purchases are governed by the applicable license agreement.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan. We may update these terms from time to time; the current version is always published on this page with the date at the top. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
