SAMURAI is a self-hosted network monitoring and security platform. This website, nometa.az, is operated by the SAMURAI team in Baku, Azerbaijan. For anything related to this policy, contact us at info@nometa.az.

What we collect

We receive information in two ways: what you send us directly, and what standard web infrastructure records automatically.

• Forms: when you request a demo or subscribe to the newsletter, we receive the details you type in (name, email address, company, and your message).
• Technical data: our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and performance.
• Chat: if you use the chat widget, we receive the messages and contact details you choose to share there.

How we use it

We use your information to reply to demo and contact requests, send the newsletter you subscribed to, and keep the site fast and secure. We do not sell personal data, run advertising networks, or share your details with anyone beyond the service providers listed below.

Service providers

The site is static and has no backend of its own. The third-party services below process data on our behalf, each under its own privacy policy:

• Web3Forms delivers contact and newsletter form submissions to our inbox.
• HubSpot powers the chat widget and may set its own cookies when you open a chat.
• Cloudflare hosts and serves the site and keeps standard access logs.

Cookies and local storage

We set no advertising or analytics cookies. Your theme preference (light or dark) is stored in your browser’s local storage and never leaves your device. The HubSpot chat widget may set functional cookies of its own when it loads.

Your data, your rights

We keep form submissions only as long as needed to handle your inquiry, and newsletter addresses until you unsubscribe. You can ask us at any time to access, correct, or delete the information you have sent us: email info@nometa.az and we will take care of it. Every newsletter includes an unsubscribe option.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date at the top. Material changes will be called out on the site.
